All these tariff codes clearly distinguish between transmission belts and conveyor belts. The most detailed one is the customs tariff heading 40.10 for such goods made of vulcanized rubber. The description in the heading provisions is very clear: "Transmission belts or conveyor belts and their materials made of vulcanized rubber", and detailed classification is made in the subheadings:

Therefore, the term "conveyor belt" is not standardized. When declaring similar goods, it is essential to clearly distinguish between a transmission belt and a conveyor belt to avoid classification errors.
