Product structure and core materials

Anti-slip surface layer

Made of high-elasticity and high-density virgin PVC material, it is integrally pressed with uniform depth and regular arrangement of sawtooth texture. The friction coefficient is much higher than that of flat and ordinary patterned belts, achieving strong anti-slip effect. Load-bearing skeleton layer

It is equipped with high-strength polyester fiber woven fabric inside. Conventionally, it adopts a thickened structure of 2 fabric and 2 glue or 3 fabric and 3 glue. It has excellent longitudinal tensile strength and strong transverse anti-deformation ability. During operation, it does not stretch, deviate or wrinkle. It is not easy to be damaged even after long-term continuous operation, significantly extending the service life of the belt body.

Underlying substrate

It adopts wear-resistant and silent industrial fabric, which has a high degree of adhesion to the equipment drum, operates smoothly without jumping, and reduces equipment noise. Customizable conductive, anti-stick and anti-static bottom layer, suitable for special working conditions such as electronic clean rooms and dusty environments, to avoid static interference or material adhesion.

Conventional color matching

01.Super strong anti-slip performance when climbing slopes

The sawtooth pattern belongs to the ** directional anti-slip texture **. The raised tooth surface can firmly hold the bottom of the material, forming a bidirectional resistance, completely preventing the material from reversing, sliding or deviating during the start and stop, climbing and inclined conveying processes. It is suitable for large-angle climbing conveying from 0 to 50°, far exceeding the climbing limit of ordinary patterned belts such as grass pattern and convex dot. Precautions for Use

1.Avoid contact with sharp and hard objects, strong acids, alkalis, solvents and high-temperature open flames to prevent the belt from being scratched, corroded or deformed.

2.When installing, the parallelism and tension of the rollers need to be adjusted to prevent deviation and wear of the sawtooth texture, ensuring smooth operation.

3.Food-grade models should be cleaned in a timely manner before and after use to avoid oil stains and residue, ensuring food hygiene and safety.

4.Regularly inspect the wear condition of the belt body and the firmness of the joints. Replace them in a timely manner if severe wear or cracking occurs.
