The production process takes light industry-specific materials such as PVC and PU as the base materials, with the core focusing on the precise forming of diamond patterns. High-toughness and wear-resistant base materials are selected, and food-grade, anti-static, oil-resistant and other additives can be added according to industry requirements to adapt to special scenarios such as food and electronics. Secondly, the base material is calendered. The proportioned base material is pressed into uniform thin sheets to ensure that the thickness of the base material is consistent and the toughness meets the standards. Subsequently, the diamond pattern is embossed and formed. Through a custom-made diamond pattern mold and the high-temperature embossing process, the diamond pattern is evenly pressed onto the surface of the base material. The depth and density of the pattern are precisely controlled to ensure that the concave and convex texture is clear, evenly distributed, without deformation or damage. Then, the composite molding process is carried out. The surface layer with the embossed diamond pattern is high-temperature combined with the core layer (to enhance tensile strength) and the bottom layer (to improve the fit with the roller). According to the requirements, auxiliary structures such as guide strips and stop blocks can be added to balance anti-slip performance and conveying accuracy. Finally, vulcanization curing, precise cutting and joint treatment are carried out. Through the hot vulcanization joint process, it is ensured that the joint texture is continuous, smooth and firm. After being cut to the specified specifications, it undergoes strict quality inspection (texture integrity, friction coefficient, tensile strength, wear resistance, etc.), and is confirmed to meet industry standards before leaving the factory.
