Matt

Matt on surface. More friction than the smooth surface belt, general conveying application.

Include some PVC conveyor belts/tapes like as below:

Also have some PVC conveyor belting material are anti-static performance which widely uses in electronics industry. Like the conveyor belting code as below:

Matte light industrial conveyor belts are indispensable material transportation equipment in modern light industrial production. Their core function is to achieve smooth, efficient and precise transportation of various light materials. They are suitable for multiple light industrial fields such as food, medicine, electronics, cosmetics and logistics packaging, taking into account both practicality and scene adaptability, and making up for the shortcomings of ordinary glossy conveyor belts in use.

The function of the heart is manifested in three aspects

The first is anti-slip and stable loss

The matte surface has been specially treated with a moderate friction coefficient, which can effectively prevent smooth materials and precision parts from slipping or shifting during transportation. It is especially suitable for inclined transportation or high-speed start-stop scenarios, reducing material loss and transmission errors

The second is visual adaptation

The matte surface layer can eliminate light reflection, avoid visual interference, and facilitate operators to observe the material transmission status. At the same time, it is suitable for scenarios sensitive to reflection such as electronic workshops, avoiding the impact of reflection on the accuracy of detection equipment.

Third, it is easy to clean and durable

The surface is fine and not prone to leaving stains or water marks. It can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Moreover, it has excellent wear resistance, oil resistance and resistance to slight corrosion, making it suitable for various working conditions in the light industry and extending its service life.

The production process takes light industrial compatible materials such as PVC and PU as the base material. The core process is simple and controllable, and can achieve large-scale production. The specific key processes are as follows: Firstly, raw material screening and proportioning are carried out. Base materials that meet industry standards are selected. Food-grade, antibacterial or anti-static additives can be added as needed to ensure that the material is suitable for specific scenarios (such as the food and electronics industries). Secondly, through the calendering process, the base material is pressed into a uniform thin sheet, and a matte surface treatment is carried out simultaneously. Through special grinding or coating processes, a fine and non-reflective surface texture is created, and the friction coefficient is controlled within a reasonable range. Subsequently, the forming and bonding are carried out. The surface layer is combined with the core layer of the belt (to enhance toughness) and the bottom layer (to optimize the bonding degree with the roller) to ensure the flatness of the belt body and meet the tensile strength standards. According to the requirements, auxiliary structures such as guide strips and stops can be added to improve the conveying accuracy. Finally, vulcanization, cutting and joint treatment are carried out. Through hot vulcanization or mechanical joint processes, the joints are ensured to be flat and firm. After being cut to the specified specifications, they undergo strict quality inspection (surface flatness, friction coefficient, tensile strength, etc.) to ensure that the products meet the production standards before leaving the factory.

Overall, matte light industry conveyor belts, with their core advantages of anti-slip, low reflectivity and easy cleaning, are suitable for the refined conveying demands of the light industry. Their mature production process not only ensures product stability but also allows for flexible customization of size and material characteristics according to the needs of different industries, helping light industry production lines improve transmission efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
