Big dot on surface. Two color with white and green, thickness 5.5mm. The purpose of the big dot is anti slip, so its can be used for some incline conveyor line, say agriculture, roller wrapping belt material etc.

Structure and Material
Surface layer
Made of high-quality virgin PVC material, it is uniformly pressed with convex dot patterns through a special process (the size and spacing of the dots can be customized). It is dense in texture, anti-slip and wear-resistant, and not easy to fall off. Some food-grade models use odorless and pollution-free formulas, meeting hygiene standards and can be in direct contact with food materials.

Skeleton layer
High-strength polyester fiber fabric is selected. Common structures include 2 fabric and 2 rubber, and 3 fabric and 3 rubber. It features high longitudinal tensile strength and good transverse stability, effectively preventing tensile deformation and deviation of the conveyor belt during operation and extending its service life.

Bottom layer
Wear-resistant industrial fabric or silent fabric material, closely adhering to the equipment drum, running smoothly and with low noise. Special base materials such as conductive and anti-sticking can be selected according to requirements to adapt to different equipment working conditions.

Color
The standard colors are green, white and dark green. However, other colors such as black and blue can also be customized according to customer requirements to meet the visual needs and hygiene standards of different industry production environments.

1.High-efficiency anti-slip：The convex dot protruding design significantly increases the friction coefficient between the belt body and the material. The point contact force is uniform, which can effectively prevent the material from sliding or deviating during transportation, start-up and stop or climbing. It is suitable for 0-45° climbing transportation, especially for transporting smooth and easily rolling materials (such as block parts, bottled items, granular materials), and at the same time avoid the material getting stuck in the gap of the texture. 2.Wear-resistant and durable：The PVC surface layer is dense and tough, capable of resisting minor scratches and wear. The convex dots are integrally formed with the belt body and are not easy to fall off. 4.Easy to process and customize：The length, width, thickness, as well as the size and spacing of the convex dots can be flexibly customized.
