The production process takes light industry-specific materials such as PVC, PU, and PE as the base materials. The process is mature and controllable, and can achieve standardized and large-scale production. The specific key processes are as follows: First, conduct raw material screening and proportioning. Select high-gloss and high-toughness base materials. According to the scene requirements, food-grade, wear-resistant, anti-static and other additives can be added to meet the usage requirements of different industries (such as food contact grade, electronic anti-static grade). Secondly, through calendering and polishing processes, the base material is pressed into uniform thin sheets, and then precisely polished to create a smooth and bright surface layer, ensuring uniform surface luster, no scratches, and no flaws. Subsequently, the forming and compounding process is carried out. The bright surface layer is high-temperature compounded with the core layer of the belt (to enhance the tensile strength of the belt body) and the bottom layer (to ensure the stability of the adhesion between the lifting and conveying rollers). According to the requirements, auxiliary structures such as anti-slip guide strips and positioning blocks can be added to balance smoothness and conveying accuracy. Finally, vulcanization curing, precise cutting and joint treatment are carried out. Through the hot vulcanization joint process, the joints are ensured to be smooth, flat, firm and durable. After being cut to the specified specifications, they undergo strict quality inspection (surface gloss, flatness, tensile strength, wear resistance, etc.), and are confirmed to meet industry standards before leaving the factory.
