Structural morphology
Pattern type
Split opening type (the pattern is not closed, easy to clean) and closed type (the pattern is connected, stronger anti-slip); It is divided into three grades by height: high, medium and low, to adapt to different angles and materials.
Material compatibility
The base tape is mostly made of PVC/PU (commonly used for food grade) or rubber. The texture is integrally formed with the base tape, featuring high bonding strength, wear resistance and low tendency to fall off.
Core features
The patterns are symmetrically interlaced, with a large friction force on the belt surface. It also has self-centering and guiding properties, which can reduce the deviation of the conveyor (offset ≤5mm/10m).
