- Strong bonding performance: It adopts a synchronous heating design with upper and lower dual heating plates, with a temperature uniformity error of ≤±0.5℃ and a maximum temperature of 200℃. It is equipped with a 0-8kg/cm² adjustable airbag pressure system, ensuring sufficient melting and tight bonding at the joint. The strength is comparable to that of the base belt body, and it is wear-resistant, moisture-resistant, and resistant to chemical corrosion, significantly extending the service life of the conveyor belt.
- Fully automated process: Integrated with a digital temperature control system and intelligent program, it can preset heating, heat preservation and cooling parameters. After one-click start, it automatically completes the entire process of heating, pressurizing, constant temperature and cooling without the need for manual supervision. A single splicing cycle only takes 30 to 45 minutes, far exceeding the efficiency of traditional manual splicing.
- Flexible and adaptable design: It offers multiple effective splicing widths ranging from 300mm to 3410mm, supporting customized requirements. The modular body is equipped with universal wheels and brake components, making it easy to move and firmly fixed. It can not only meet the requirements of factory mass production but also be adapted to on-site emergency connection scenarios
