Precautions
Before installation: Clean the rollers and idlers and remove burrs; Reserve the joint allowance according to the size (heat seal/steel buckle).
Tension and deviation: Moderate tension, no slippage when empty and no sagging when fully loaded. When the deviation occurs, fine-tune the level of the driven roller to keep the belt centered.
Operating specifications: Speed ≤ 2.5m /s, overloading is prohibited. The blanking is uniform, with a height of no more than 2 meters, and side impact is avoided.
Daily maintenance: Clean the dust and debris within the grain every day. Check the wear of the patterns every week. Replace them if they exceed one-third of the thickness. Avoid scratches from acids, alkalis, oil stains and sharp objects.
Storage: Roll and lay flat without folding. The temperature in the warehouse should be between -15 ℃ and 40℃, and the humidity should be between 50% and 80%. Turn it over once every season to prevent deformation.
