Vacuum conveyor belt, also known as Vacuum conveyor belt, is a special type of conveyor belt with precise micro-holes on its surface that can work in conjunction with a negative pressure adsorption system. At the core, the negative pressure generated by the vacuum source below the belt forms suction force through the micro-holes, firmly adsorbing the materials on the surface of the belt to achieve stable transportation.
Working principle
The surface of the belt is evenly distributed with laser-machined through holes, and the vacuum chamber and vacuum pump are connected below. After startup, the negative pressure forms a vacuum adsorption force between the belt and the material through the micro-holes, allowing the material to closely adhere to the belt and prevent slippage, warping or falling off. It can still be precisely positioned during high-speed and inclined conveying.
