The light industry food-grade lightweight PVC conveyor belt is a lightweight conveying component with food-grade polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as the surface layer and polyester/nylon fabric as the reinforcing layer. It is specially designed for the food processing and light industry fields, complies with food contact safety standards such as FDA, can directly contact food, and is suitable for continuous conveying scenarios of light materials.
I. Structure and Materials
Surface layer: Food-grade PVC, non-toxic and free of precipitates, free of plasticizers and heavy metals, mainly white/green, thickness 1-6mm, commonly 1.5-3mm.
Strong layer: Polyester (EP) or nylon fabric, with tensile resistance and low elongation, ensuring stable operation.
Bottom layer: Wear-resistant fabric, low noise, smooth sliding, suitable for light rollers/pallets.
